Ravine Hotel is the only place to play tennis in the hills of Panchgani and Mahableshwar.

With 4 Offical size Tennis courts, and a full time tennis coach, Ravine Hotel boasts of State of the art Ball Machines, and Courts that offer a breathtaking view over - looking the valley.

Ravine Hotel is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association, and is a part of the regular Tournament Circuit in India .

The "Spring Smash " and " Summer Slam" Tennis Tournaments are regularly held at Ravine Hotel, since 2005, and attract a large number of players, from places as far afield as Bangalore, Goa and Chennai. These Tournaments are included in the select category of "State Ranking " and "All India Ranking " Tournamemts, and therefore one can see the best tennis players in action !

The  "Spring Smash" held in February 2009 at Ravine Hotel , saw the participation of many dedicated players, with over 100 matches being played in Junior, Senior, Boys and Girls Draws.

The Panchgani Municipal Council celebrated  their Centenary this year -- and one of the Special Events was the Men’s All India Ranking Tennis Tournament 2010, which was held at Hotel Ravine from 12th to 16th April 2010.

The Tournament was held under the banner of the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association, and a good turnout, with some excellent Tennis, was seen, as  expected.

Prizes were given away by SALMAN KHAN, who was staying at the Hotel.
